  • What is E-Design?
    E-design provides clients the opportunity to work with our team from the comfort of their homes. It’s fast, easy and accessible- a perfect option for those in a need of change without the full service commitment.
  • What package is right for me?
    Need help making a decision? email us at info@carmitoron.com and we will be happy to help!
  • Which rooms can I have designed?
    Our e-design services can be used for any room in the home. At this time we do not offer e-design for structural changes, construction, custom furnishings or commercial spaces.
  • How many rooms can I have designed?
    Our "Finalize the look" and "E-Design" packages account for 1 room per purchase. For our "Color consultation" package, you can choose up to 3 rooms.
  • Can you remodel my room?
    We do not incorporate structural changes or construction in our e-design services. If your project requires these—please reach out about our full service design.
  • Does the package cost include furnishing, decor or other items?
    Our packages are priced for design services only. Costs for furnishings or decor are not included. Premium clients can purchase items from their shopping list after design is complete.
  • I purchased the "E- Design" package, how do I purchase the items suggested?
    We will provide you with a shopping list, including links to select the items you want to purchase. If you would like us to buy the items and manage deliveries, we would love to help out for an extra hourly charge.
  • Do I have to purchase the furniture suggested?
    We do not require any purchases of recommended furnishings be made. The design plan is simply a guide and you take it from there.
  • do you offer at-home consultations, in-person meetings or phone calls in those packages?
    E-design services involve email communication only and one initial Zoom call. If your project requires more hands-on assistance—please reach out for more information about our full services.
  • what is the typical turnaround time, start to finish, for each package?
    Once package is purchased, questionnaire is completed, and all relevant required content is received, the design process will begin. From there, initial concepts are typically presented in: Color consultation: 1-2 weeks Finalize the look: 2-3 weeks E-Design: 3-4 weeks
  • Payments
    We require the full payment amount to begin your design. Upon remitting payment, you agree to our terms & conditions. Payment is completed prior to our questionnaire. If you run into any issues—please email us at info@carmitoron.com
  • refund policy
    We make every effort to guarantee you are happy with your final design. Our e-design services are non-refundable, however in the event that you must request a refund please email us at info@carmitoron.com
  • Terms & Condition
    Carmit Oron Interior Design's e-design service is conducted exclusively online and is intended for consultation purposes only. Recommendations provided should be considered suggestions and are not meant for construction purposes. The client agrees to furnish all necessary project requirements and information. Carmit Oron Interior Design will not be liable for the methods, procedures, or safety precautions related to construction, fabrication, delivery, or installation, nor for any acts or omissions of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or other individuals involved in the project. Additionally, Carmit Oron Interior Design will not be responsible for arranging repairs, replacements, or freight claims for items purchased directly by the client. All communication will be conducted via email. In-person meetings and phone conversations are not available options. Color Consultation packages include 2 color palettes without any revision sessions. Finishing Touches packages can offer up to 3 floor plan options, also without revision sessions. E-Design packages include one round of revision sessions. Should the client fail to provide necessary content or feedback within 5 days, the project will be put on hold until Carmit Oron Interior Design's timeline allows for its resumption.
